How to show user names, not IPs in logs

What is required for the logs to show usernames instead of IPs?  I have added both of the domain controllers on a client's network to "Poll Active Directory Server" under Security Fabric -> Fabric Connectors.  Is there more needed other than this?

    Just want to add that when I go to Monitor -> Firewall User Monitor and choose "Show all FSSO Logons" the list is blank.
