How to show URLs/Hostnames as clickable hyperlinks in report?

Hi all,

 

Does anyone know if it's possible to show URLs or hostnames in reports as clickable hyperlinks?

    Perfect thankyou hzhao!

     

    I had the data bindings the other way around (Default first and URL second) which didn't produce hyperlinks. Using the URL first and Default second works perfectly!
