How to setup an email alert using fortimanager when the fortigate is down for x amount of time

You can refer to this KB: https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiManager/Technical-Note-How-to-configure-email-alerts-for-config-and/ta-p/197283 , based on your requirements you can setup the trigger based on event that generates when FortiGate goes down.

@dbhavsar Thank you for sharing this information. I would like to inquire whether FAZ includes heartbeat monitoring for FortiGate devices. If the connection with the firewall is lost, the Faz stop collecting logs from the FortiGate? If it does go offline, will FAZ be able to report to us via email that the FortiGate device is down?
