How to route a specific URL through modem

Hello,

Is there a way to route a specific URL (example.com) to always go through modem connection ?

I am using FortiGate 60E with 2 ISP balanced and one USB modem as redundant.

I want to leave all traffic going through WAN connection , only this URL (example.com) to go through modem connection.
