How to maximize Remote Desktop window in FortiClient

In FortiClient there is the option for a Remote Desktop connection. But when using that, the window is just a small one and it can not be maximize, only minimized or closed. How can I maximize that window because it's just to small to work in it in a normal way? Also, the RDP through FortiClient is very, very slow. Anything known about that?
