How to Map a WAN LLB to a Global Per Device Interface ?

How to map on a FMG-VM v5.4 a per device interface to a wan link load balance "interface" of a global interface, as each of interface member of the WAN LLB  also are used as endpoints to IPSEC VPN Interface Mode tunnels?

I'm asking because I can't find the WAN LLB "interface" neither on FMG Device Manager interfaces nor interface for polices on FMG Policy Package.
