How to limite acces to web SSL from external IP to specifics users

Hi,

With the OS 4 , I was able to limite access to the SSL VPN to specific users from specifics externals IP addresses, and for some users enable the VPN from all external IP

I don't see how I can do that with the OS 5.

Any ideas ?
