How to install CA certificate in FortiWeb

Hi guys,

Recently we are purchased a https certificate from CA. CSR generated from server, now we want to use this certificate in FortiWeb. We are using FortiWeb 400C which is running 5.38 build 0491 and mode is reverse proxy.

 

While installing it's through an "certificate invalid " message. 

 

If anyone knows the details well, share me the procedure for CA certificate installation.

    i had the same "error" on installing certificate into out EMS. after remove the password from the key file. it works.
