How to force TLS on inbound session from one specific server

How can I force TLS on inbound sessions from one specific domain? There is an Access Control Policy option for receiving but this is for clients to use your mailserver as a relay, and thats not what im looking for.

    An Access Control Receive rule is what you are looking for. These apply to any SMTP session being received by the FortiMail.
