how to fix an error : 500 Internal Server Error

Hi , we have a fortigate 310B with code version Fortigate-310B 3.00-b5202(MR6 Patch 2). When try to open a web site, we receive an 550 error internal server saying : << An error occurred while trying to rate the website using the webfiltering service.>> How can we fix this problem ? We remark that when we unable the protection profil on a firewall rule, the problem not occur. Thanks.

I don' t have any specific recommendations to fix this, but your firmware version is pretty old. You should consider upgrading to a more recent version. If you want to stay on 3.x, version 3.0 MR 7 patch 10 (build 754) is the latest build for that. If you want to go to 4.x, you' ll want to consult the upgrade matrix below to see the best way to " leapfrog" to that version.
