How to Encrypt Traffic in Fotigate61f?

I want to encrypt traffic through firewall and also want to disable remote user to connect to vpn and access organization resources.

When you use encrypted protocols like HTTPS then the traffic is natively encrypted. This is done between the client (e.g. your browser) and the remote server you are accessing.

REgarding SSL VPN you can disable it from FortiGate GUI, from menu VPN > SSL-VPN Settings, then uncheck the "Enable SSL-VPN" switch.
