How to convert the FortiConverter trial version to full functionality ?

After installation FortiConverter will run on a trial basis however it will not support Sonicwall configurations and will only support conversion of 100 policies; additionally the tuning functionality will not be available. A license must be purchased and installed for the full functionality. The process is quiet simple: 1. Send a request to the local sales Fortinet representative 2. Once the purchase has been completed a contract will be sent to you 3. Using the information on the contract register the product on FortiCare Go to https://support.fortinet.com/product/RegistrationEntry.aspx - enter the product serial number, service contract registration code or license certificate number to start the registration, and then follow the steps. 4. Once the registration is completed you need to provide the “Machine Code” which can be found at System Settings\License TAB of FortiConverter 5. After the” Machine Code” has been entered, on FortiCare you can download the license file. 6. License file has to be installed on the same page where the “Machine Code” was found 7.
