How to connect Fortigate to Forticlient cloud

Hello Team,

 

We want to connect Fortigate to the "Forticlient cloud".

However the fortigate already set  "confidential" account, we want to chenge this acount

because we cannot login  this account that is maintenance vendor.

 

We were able to change the Fortimanager connection to our forticloud account and connect, but is it possible to change the connection to Forticlient cloud as well?

 

Our fortigate OS is v7.2.3.

    Thank you for the reply.

    We read it, but we cannot solved this issue.

    We want to change an connect Forti-account on security fabric EMS cloud,  like a cloud logging.  

    Because our FortiGate has a confidential Forti-account set up when it arrives from the factory.
