How do get the icons in Predefined Internet Services to show in color?

, I have another 80Fand the Predefined Internet Services are display in color .

I have include a screen shot for easily of reference.

The FortiOS is the same for the two Fortigate mention but I do not know how check and update the ISDB could you please provide some guidance.
