Question

How to configure Dual WAN ISP on FGT 81E

Hi Guys,

I am struggling to configure our FGT81E FW.  Our MAIN firewall 81E has all the traffic going thru it.  We have 08 VLANs in our System. It has our Static line configured with an ISP

I have another Firewall FGT60E which is connected to another ISP. I have taken 1 LAN port out from 61E.  Connected that with the WAN Port 2  of 81E.  Every time I bring the ports up, the system connected to FGT 81E (with 8VLANs) fail to go to the internet.

I need only 01 VLAN on 81E to use WAN2.  The Rest VLANs Should use WAN1.

How do I go about achieving this?

Thank you

Kind Regards

Neil

Hi Neil, Do you have a topology? Maybe I can help you with that. BR,

Remove default route injection by DHCP or PPPoE (if not static) on wan1 by "set defaultgw diable". Instead, set a static default  route with default priority (0) to wan1, and set another default route with higher number of priority (like 10) toward wan2. Then set up a policy-based route for the VLAN to route toward wan2 for all traffic.
