How to configure 2 ip on for site to site vpn remote gateway

As above. The remote site VPN GW has 2 ip addresses. SO how do I configure it?

You may use ikev2 with network overlay enabled and different network IDs to meet your requirement. Follow this KB https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-How-to-establish-more-than-one-IPsec-tunnel-with/ta-p/240955 as a guide.

I don't think it is possible to configure 2 IP addresses for remote-gw in the same tunnel.

for redundancy like 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
