How to bypass blocked website

and also sorry if i post it in wrong topics/category

im unable to reach "www . steelhome . cn"

it works well before i use fortigate (previously my company use mikrotik) 

i also tried tethering from my cellphone carrier, it works well. nothing wrong with my browser/pc

this also occurs in all workstation in office network.

These are steps that i've tried to troubleshot:

- Change DNS to local ISP, other local ISP, google / fortinet DNS

- Disable AV, WEB, APP, SSL protection in security profile policy

- Add FQDN wildcard address

- Disable Fortiguard category filter / allow all category

- Disable static URL filter / add *.steelhome.cn and *steelhome* to the list

- Disable Block malicious URLs discovered by FortiSandbox

- Disable Web content filter

- Allow websites when a rating error occurs

- Disable DNS domain filter

- Add website override and make sure it stand as business category

However even with all security off, i still cant load the page. did i miss some things that need to be checked?

i also found out that this website got a flash security warning.

is there a way i could bypass this website?
