Question

how to block the incoming emails from our domain.

i need assistance to configure our FortiMail to reject incoming emails that from our domain, since we used FM as gateway for the incoming and outgoing emails. the problem is we keep receiving such like emails from different public (Dynamic) IP's. Our FortiMail recognized them as SPAM emails, put those emails  will be included in quarantined summary which will be send to the end users.

    Hi,

Look into FortiMail admin guide for DKIM (even SPF) to receive legitimate emails from your domain.

Look also for a pattern into those quarantined messages. If all of these message were caught for a simple antispam method (i.e " forged IP) you could reconfigure action from "quarantine"  to "drop" in your antispam profile.

    hope it helps
