How to block some websites apply to all profiles ?

We testing Fortigate 501E now, and running OS V6.05.

We face a issues: we running proxy based and have a lot profile, around 300 profile and 500 security profile (300 web filter, and 200 apps control), so have a lot matrix for the policy and objects. my question is : how can block a website or a group website in our network ?
