How to all Domain users use Captive Portal to Connect to WLAN

I'm configuring Fortigate 100F to allow only Autheinifcated users can connect to WLAN SSID , the issue that when disconnected users are required eevery time to re-enter credential through capive portal to access internet , i 'm asking if ther's any best way to make automatically detect SSO and allow connection

I don't think that is possible while using the captive portal, since that is more like a guest solution. You can use WSSO and an external radius server for that, FortiAuthenticator or Microsoft NPS as shown on this guide: https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/5.4.0/cookbook/640488/wifi-with-wsso-using-windows-nps-and-attributes

It's more secure and recommended solution for internal users.
