How to access azure, office 365

Dear all,

I use Fortigate 200D. I can not access the link portal.azure.com and some of the link in office 365 (Error mesage in attach file). When I switch to other network (outside Fortigate 200D), I can access all this link. Please show me how to solve this problem. Thank you all.
