How do I get FCREMOVE.exe for a free copy of Forticlient

How do I get FCREMOVE.exe for a free copy of Forticlient

 

I am unable to download the tools and I have a free copy of Forticlient installed and I can not remove it

 

It is not showing in add/remove programs.  We can't uninstall   We can't install.  We are stuck

 

Any ideas?

Hello pdunn-cshl,

 

Could you please try to browse to https://support.fortinet.com -> Support -> Firmware Downloads -> Products select Forticlient -> Select the OS -> Browse to the forticlient version and download the forticlient tools zip

Anthony, since the free version is not registered, I get this message:

Sorry, you don't have any product covered by Fortinet support contract.

Please contact Fortinet partners to purchase Fortinet support contract or Fortinet customer service team at cs@fortinet.com.

You need to have atleast one EMS under your forticloud account to download it.

    Hello pdunn-cshl,

     

    There are a couple solutions discussed in this community post a while back without using the FCRemover tool. Can you make sure FortiClient is not running and proceed to shut down the client?

    I got the same problem. It said the following

    Sorry, you don't have any product covered by Fortinet support contract.

    Please advice how to uninstall the FortiClient.
