How do I blacklist/whitelist website for specific devices?

Hi All,

New to Fortigate and I hope someone here can provide me with a solution.

1. I'm looking to setup three tiers for web access and linked them to specific devices.

Tier 1 - Full Access

Tier 2 - Partial Access with some websites blacklisted

Tier 3 - No Access except for whitelisted websites

The most important use case is Tier 3 to be applied on guest PCs where they can only maneuver onto certain sites.

2. How do I link a PC to those tiers? The device I have is a Fortigate 50E and firmware v5.6.3build1547
