How could I get update history for firmware versions on a FG1500D for the past 18 months?

How would one go about showing the upgrade history going back at least 18 months on a 1500D?

Not sure what your FortiOS version is.

You may check the upgrade history using Revisions:

Try this one:

diag sys flash list

This command "diag sys flash list" will only show the last two firmware images installed (including the current one).
