How can i get notifications if one of my AP's or switches are down

I have fortigate connected to 4 fortiswiches, and 10 forti AP's

How can i get notifications if one of my AP's or switches are down as proactive

searches on the fortigate notification email alert but could not find anything about the the switches, and AP's

Note:

i don't have fortianalyzer

Have you looked at the automation stitch with alert? I think you do a link monitor and trigger off that also.

I need to know if one of the switches or Aps are down

if enabled event log maybe will sent all the logs
