How can i download available forticlient logs on FortiEMS

Hello, 

 

Greetings

 

In FortiEMS, I have an option to download available forticlient log when I choose an endpoint. The problem is after clicking, nothing happen, no log saved pop up, no log in server for my action, no pop up on client. What do I do wrong here?

    I believe you have to first run the action "Request FortiClient Logs" and then download. It's a bit confusing as none of them pop up with any error or activity when clicked, so it's not obvious what's wrong.
