How are you using the full fat Forticlient that is managed by FortiEMS?

I'm not sure I understand well the question, but in case you are looking for how to enable all features, you can do it by configuring client policy in EMS under menu Endpoint Policy > Manage Policies, then you customize the policy (assigned th the related group) with the required profiles.
