High Availability on Fortigate VMWARE

Hi all,

I'm new to Fortigate. I have installed this topology on EVE-NG to test HA:

I already config port monitoring for port1, as red in image. When I shutdown node MASTER, PC win7-2 ping internet OK. But when I shutdown port1 (as red) , SLAVE can not become MASTER, then Win7-2 can not ping internet.

So anyone knows if Fortigate on VM support this feature for link failover?
