Hide IPSec Settings for the User or disallow to make any changes

Hi,

ist it possible to hide the settings for the IPSec configuration for the user, so that it is not possible to change any of theses settings?

As far as I know you could only hide the menu settings by disabling them. We want to see only IPSec VPN connections in the client and hide the option "edit selected connections" or disallow to make any changes for the connection settings (gateway, auth, etc.)
