HelpDesk Admin accidentally marked all clients as uninstalled.

A helpdesk endpoints admin accidentally marked all endpoints uninstalled.

 

What is the best way to get them registered and connected again for all of the clients that have forticlient installed.

If a fresh backup is available I'd try restore the config (or the VM).

Otherwise try send an invitation to one user. If it works then do the same with others.

And the most important thing, you need to fire the helpdesk. Just kidding, we all do mistakes.
