Help FortiAP Cloud

Hello

Can anyone support me? I am looking for some configuration that allows me to limit the bandwidth for an SSID.  In fortigate without problem it can be done with traffic shaping, but where I want to configure it is in FortiAP Cloud but the only thing I have found would be to block the sites for example streaming and downloads.

Another point is that I configure the web filtering block but it returned a message that the FortiAp do not support security feature, but I have not identified the reason
