Having trouble connecting to VPN via forticlient.

But still getting VPN connection error. VPN connection failed. Please check your configuration......

Have I missed out any thing or the video has missing some step?

They isnt any error code nor any logs in my fortigate 60D

60D - version v5.2.2,build642 (GA)

forticlient -version 5.4.0.0780 (Latest)
