Have some new hardware here for a POC

Hello Im new from the Dell/Sonicwall world interested in Fortigate. I deep diving right off the bat here and I want to know can I setup FGCP Full mesh active/active with FRUP ? I've been trying to search around and found a PDF where it states FRUP works similar to full mesh, that just doesn't sit with me well. I wanting to know if someone has actually done it and perhaps point me to a write-up ? I see that FRUP is active passive.   TIA
