Hardware and subscription quote question

Could someone be kind to explain what is the meaning of the next 2 lines that show up on a reseller quote:

I understood the differences between the "FortiGuard Enterprise Protection" and the "FortiGuard Unified (UTM) Protection".

Now my questions:

What means "FortiGate-101F Hardware plus 24x7 FortiCare" ?

Means an advanced hardware replacement 24x7x365 support ?

In the price of XX,XXX.xx of the line 1 of the quote do we get hardware support + the "FortiGuard Enterprise Protection" ?

That means 1 device that has hardware support + licenses subscriptions.

The same for line 2 of the quote, do we get a 2nd device that has hardware support + different type of licenses subscriptions.

So the quote the way it looks is done for 2 devices. Am I wrong ?

I'm asking this stupid question, as the reseller is telling us that the first 1 line of the quote is for the hardware support, and the 2nd line of the quote is for the license subscriptions support.

And it's strange as we order last year from the same reseller a "FG-200E-BDL-950-12 - FORTINET : 1 YEAR CSD SVC", 2 devices, almost at the same price of XX,XXX.xx, and the quote for these two 200E's weren't divided in 2 parts as is the actual quote for 101F, with line 1 and line 2.
