HA out of Sync v7.6.6

Hi all,

Yesterday I noticed that my FortiGate HA cluster went into an out-of-sync state.

I tried recalculating the HA checksums on both nodes and also rebooted the secondary unit, but the cluster is still showing out of sync.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a known bug in FortiOS 7.6.6, or is there another troubleshooting step I might be missing?

FortiOS Version: 7.6.6 Build 3653

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

the 2 commands that helped in previous versions ( not 7.6.x ) . maybe it will do you some good too, i’ve ran them on both members just in case

    diagnose sys ha checksum recalculate
    execute ha synchronize start

    HI @trengsoba

You can go to the System > HA and hover over the out of sync status and it will show you what exactly is being out of sync.

    Can you attach that snap.

    Further perform below POA:

    On Pri:

    diagnose sys ha checksum recalculate
    execute ha synchronize start

    On Sec:

    diagnose sys ha checksum recalculate
    execute ha synchronize start

You can take the Sec FGT access directly from Pri FGT CLI
