ha configuration with softswitch on fortigate 500E does not work

we have two 500E fortigates

1 with internet link
2 with MPLS link

I performed HA configuration and switch software configuration as the 500E does not support switch hardware

We performed some tests and the link and the lan of the client that are connected to the secondary fortigate of the HA are without connectivity only from the primary that they present connectivity.
