Glidecam for DSLR

Hello everyone, I don't even know where to post, but I would like to ask you if anyone knows about glidecams for DSLR as I decided to purchase a DSLR camera, and my friend (a photographer) advised me to buy a glidecam as it helps improve the quality of photos
