Give access to facebook, twitter to specific device and/or users.

Hi All,

I am a newbie here.  We have recently purchased FortiGate/FortiWifi 60D for our small enterprise.

In the application control, social media, games, botnet and p2p were blocked and all the others are either set to allow or monitor.

In the webfilter, the default profile is set to like the one attached. 

Everything is working fine but then I have to allow certain devices and or users to access social media like facebook and twitter because clients messages us on those accounts. 

I created a web filter profile and an application profile then created an IPV4 Policy. Please see attached.  But it seems it is not working.  tried to access facebook but I cannot access it still.  What is it that I am doing wrong?  What is it that I have not done?  So sorry if this seem to be trivial.  I am not a network expert.
