FW upgrade for an unsupported device

is there any way to upgrade a device that is not currently supported? I was wondering whether a fortiguard trial would allow me to perform upgrades within the trial window - If not is there an FTP site with code?

    You can get Firmware Updates for all FortiNet devices from https://support.fortinet.com/

    Technically, if you have no support contract , you will not be able to get updates with regards to software or av/ips-updates.

    You can try to contact support  via email, but you need an active contract for the device in question.
