FVC-100DT / my extensions doesn't download config from Fortivoice

Hi all.

I have a problem with FVC-100DT/firmware v5.2.5,build95.

I able to do changes on extensions from GUI of Fortivoice and also I can save my changes, but extensions doesn't download the config, fortivoice and extension are on the same VLAN, in fact the registration status in extensions is "OK" 

test performed:
1.- load default configurations in extensions (models 460i and 260i)

2.-delete extensions on fortivoice and add again

Can you help me please? Regards
