Is there a way to add a link that will direct a user to request a blocked site be allowed and a email will be sent to help desk for further review?

Hi @HeretoLearn23 ,

You may try this: https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/7.4.2/administration-guide/131140/replacement-messages

Hi @HeretoLearn23,

You can use this option to all users to override the categories "Allow users to override blocked categories" under webfilter profile. Please refer to https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/7.4.2/administration-guide/408599/web-profile-override

Alternatively, you can use custom replacement message as suggested by amuda. You can create a custom HTML to include a link to a request form for example.

Regards,
