FSSO Terminal Server Agent - Heavy lags by activating Secure Communication

Hello and good morning,

i have some challange to activate the FSSO Terminal Server Agent on a Windows 2012R2 Terminal Server.

My Environment Looks like:

Server: Windows Server 2012R2

Configured as a Terminal Server with MS Remote Desktop Services.

For Controlling the Internet Access we have configured the TSAgent in Version 5.0.02.64.

After activating the "Secure communication" the Server begins to lag a lot. User logons Need up to 2 minutes. Opening a Network share Need more than 2 minutes...

What could be the reason for lags with FSSO TSAgent?
