FSSO not working properly

In our setup most of the users are properly authenticated through FSSO but randomly some users are prompted fro credential when they try to access internet, even they are logged to the machines using their domain credentials. 

 

If that affected user wait fro about 3 minutes after login to the PC and access internet, there is no issue.

 

Please advice!!

    Which deployment of FSSO are you using? Are you you using polling mode or the FSSO agent?

    I had a problem with FSSO not associating some logged on userid with the IP addresses and after awhile it started working again.

     

    I was told to upgrade to 5.4.4 and that appears to have resolved the issue.  It is a known issue with 5.4 they just didn't tell the support staff!  

     

    Try it out but make sure you can roll back just in case.
