FSSO Collector Agent Service Requires Password Everytime to Start

I have 3 DCs, all installed with DC Agents. Two DCs installed with Collector Agents.

FSSO Agent service is run (Log On As) with a domain service account which I normally cannot restart without re-entering the password of domain service account under "Log On" tab. Is that expected? I expected for Windows service which is "Log On As" other than Local System account to have it set once and should NOT asked password if needed to restart the service.
