Forward website request to local ip address

Hi,

ON 30E is it possible to forward specific web site requests to local ip address, for example ;

if user tries to reach www.nytimes.com forward this request to 192.168.20.96 (local web server) instead of ISP's DNS servers.

I've tried to do it creating A records on DNS Database but won't be able to do it.
