FortiWiFi 60D-POE voip services break when I use debug to see traffic

I'm trying to use the debug feature via the cli but when I use a simple filter to only see trafic going to a single IP address it breaks my voip services and I am unable to make the tests I need to resolve an issue.

Is this a bug?
