It depends on what you need exactly. Here are few recommendations:

• You can use the "Inline Standard Protection Profile" as Web protection profile to protect your Zimbra Webmail access. This is the recommended one if you don't want to spend a lot of time to prepare a custom made profile
• Or in case you don't want anyone from outside to login to your Webmail, then you can configure trusted and entrusted IPs from menu: IP Protection > IP List
• If you want to block malicious bots then you can do it from menu: Bot Mitigation > Known Bots
• Then add these above new profiles to your custom Web Protection Profile
