FortiWeb pass through policy

Hummm.. strange requirement.

A workaround:
If you don't want (just for test or other purposes) that fortiweb do its job, you could set the policy in "Monitor" mode;  traffic will flow, you'll see it in logs, but Fortiweb will not take any action on it.

Or you can use the firewall feature, instead of configuring Server Policy, to pass traffic through
