FortiWeb deployment for the OWA/Webmail

Hello,

 

Please share the procedure, How to deploy FortiWeb to protecting the OWA/Webmail. However, We have a Sophos email gateway in between the Firewall and Email Exchange. should I need to place the FortiWeb before the email gateway?.

    Hi, I haven't done it myself but Fortinet documentation for the Fortiweb OWA deployments seems quite detailed:

    If Sophos acts as SMTP gateway only, not providing web access to the inboxes for the users then no, no need to put it behind th eFortiweb. By default Fortiweb will block ANY incoming connections except http/https, but yo have the option to route "all other" protocols through it w/o any checking, even though it is not the recommended way.
