FortiWeb Application Performance Counters/Monitors

All,

We are working on to implement FortiWeb application level performance monitoring using infrastructure health monitoring tool.

Can someone help to enlist the all the Application level performance counters/monitors which we should monitor along with their threshold(warning and/or critical threshold)??
